RACE FOR THE CURE® 2006 Volunteer Information

June 3, 2006 – We need the time and skills of 400 volunteers! To volunteer, call 972 378 4808 or email us at ntxkomenvolunteers@yahoo.com and enter "Race Volunteer" in the subject line. Please include your day and evening contact information. All volunteers must submit the downloadable 2006 Race Volunteer Release form.

Jobs that need volunteers BEFORE the Race® include: Office Help, Race flyer distribution, Pre-registration (Counting T-shirts, Group Packets, etc.), Pre-registration & Packet Pickup at The Shops of Legacy, Site & Course Setup, Food Collection & Setup.

RACE DAY EVENTS for Saturday, June 3, 2006 that need volunteers include: Site & Course Set-up, Race Day Registration, Goodwill Ambassador/Greeter, Sell Komen Retail Merchandise, Work Komen Membership/Education Table, Course Monitor, Finish Line Assistance, Site & Course Break-down.
