Location

The Race will take place at South Lakes Park, a beautiful city of Denton park located at 556 Hobson Lane which is off of Teasley Lane/Farm to Market 2181.

Schedule (Times and order of events subject to change)

The event will occur rain or shine. We reserve the right to cancel in extreme circumstances. In that event, there will be no refunds; rather your entry fee will be used as a donation to the Susan G. Komen Denton Race for the Cure®.

5:30 a.m. - Volunteer Check In Opens

6:00 a.m. - Registration Opens

7:30 a.m. - Survivor Photo

7:50 a.m. - Aerobic Warm Up

8:00 a.m. - Competitive 5K

8:10 a.m. - Aerobic Warm Up

8:15 a.m. - Casual 5K Run/Walk

8:30 a.m. - One Mile Family Fun Run/Walk 

9:30 a.m. - Kids' 50-Yard Dash

10:00 a.m. - Survivor Celebration and Awards Ceremony

Safety

For the safety of all participants, inline skates, bicycles and pets are not permitted at this event.  For those with baby strollers/joggers or motorized chairs participating in the 5K, please keep to the back of the pack.  We appreciate your cooperation.
